Through our staging division, Kōmo Home Staging, we offer pre-listing marketing consultations, vacant home staging, occupied home photo preparation, and additional services designed to elevate presentation and maximize buyer appeal.
For qualified sellers, we also provide access to third-party pre-listing financing through our partner providers, Notable and Titus. Eligible homeowners may apply for up to $75,000 in approved pre-listing expenses, including home improvement projects, professional cleaning, landscaping, staging, storage, and, in some cases, temporary housing. Approved funds are paid through escrow at closing in accordance with the lender’s terms.
Please note that all financing approvals, qualification requirements (including credit score and available home equity), available amounts, fees, and program terms are determined solely by Notable and Titus and are subject to change. Householder Homes and Kōmo Home Staging do not approve, deny, or guarantee financing. A formal application with the financing provider is required to determine eligibility.
